The opportunity to meet with your lawyer to discuss the case and make sure he can do what he says he will, will potentially give you the ability to take control of your life and put an end to financial hardships.

You will never have the shock of not knowing who is going to represent you or finding out on the day of your hearing that you do not get along with your lawyer.

You are more comfortable with the process because you know what is happening. We are more comfortable because we have a better understanding of who you are and the specific problems that you have.
Preparation
The lawyer is better able to prepare for the hearing because he has sat down and discussed it with you and obtained the medical records that are important.
Complexity
These are complex medical and vocational issues we are dealing with. You can not pick the case up the night before and understand it or present it. The hearing is the best chance at winning your case. You can not have an ill prepared attorney who does not know you.

The Unknown
